The decision to pursue a major in Graphic Information Technology was a natural choice for me, as it allowed me to explore two of my passions - technology and design - simultaneously. The curriculum was designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of graphics and digital media, while also honing my creative skills through courses in design, typography, and visual communication. Additionally, the prospect of being able to leverage technology to enhance the user experience and solve complex design problems was also immensely appealing to me. Overall, pursuing a major in Graphic Information Technology has equipped me with the necessary skills to create innovative and impactful designs that drive user engagement and business success.

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The decision to focus on Web Design and Development as my major was driven by my passion for creating dynamic and interactive digital experiences. The Web Design and Development curriculum provided me with a comprehensive understanding of web design principles, front-end and back-end development, and user experience design. The ever-evolving nature of the field meant that there was always something new to learn and explore, which added to the excitement of pursuing this major. Ultimately, focusing on Web Design and Development has allowed me to combine my love for creativity, technology, and problem-solving to create compelling digital experiences that have the potential to impact and improve people's lives.

Taking a Business course my first year of college proved to be a pivotal moment in my academic journey. I found myself drawn to the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the field, and the prospect of being able to solve real-world problems through innovative business solutions excited me. As a result, I made the decision to add a minor in Business to my academic curriculum, and also opted for a secondary focus in Marketing. This decision has proven to be incredibly rewarding, as it has given me a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the business world and has equipped me with the necessary skills to navigate its diverse challenges.

I chose a master's focus in UX/UI Design because I am passionate about transforming technology into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. With a background in Graphic Information Technology and professional experience in web design and marketing, I am driven to delve deeper into user research, usability testing, and human-centered design. This field inspires me to create engaging, accessible digital experiences that exceed user expectations and enhance the way people interact with technology. I am excited to push the boundaries of design, making digital interactions more seamless and enjoyable. Ultimately, my goal is to develop innovative products that leave a lasting, positive impact on users' lives.
